Ordering information...
- Your order through our cart system takes you to PayPal for immediate payment by credit card, or through your PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order.
- new - Please note that paying through PayPal with a method other than credit card or funded paypal account, i.e. e-check or bank transfer, may delay the shipment of your order by as much as 7-10 days. I welcome your use of these methods, but please tell me when you place your order, so that the time lag can be built into the invoice timing.
- If you prefer to pay by check or money order, or need special help, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist you.
- If you're ordering a custom kite, be sure to send your color choices. If I can be of any help with the process of choosing just the right color combination, please don't hesitate. I know it's not easy, and there are just so many choices. ;-)
- Current estimated build time on custom kites is 3-4 weeks. If you need to make any changes to your order, please let me know as soon as possible. In many cases, changes can be made up until 3 days before your order ships. You will receive notification from the shipper when your kite goes out.
- new - "Off Menu" - Don't see exactly what you're looking for, as far as framing or colors go? Let me know. I'll gladly work with you to try and match a new kite to an older one, for example.
- While I'm happy to honor any reasonable request for alternative sail or framing materials, please note that all conceivable combinations have not been tested and will be offered at the customer's risk and expense. Substitutions may result in some change in the way the kite performs. These changes may be better or worse, but there is no way to tell without testing. I'll gladly work with you to meet your needs
- We reserve the right to ask for a deposit on any custom kite.
- North Carolina customers - NC sales tax will be added to your cart total. Please select "Pickup at Seller's Location" from the shipping options in the cart. Shipping's on me within NC.
- International customers - I don't currently have a facility for calculating international postage. Until I get this sorted out, please contact me via e-mail and I'll invoice you directly for goods and postage. I ship kites internationally via U.S. Postal service express mail.
